  • For good reason, always check this Company

Very clear website, excellent service. I made a mistake with the delivery address, accidentally combined a UK and NL address. They noticed this abnormality and emailed me, asking for clarification before they send my order. Very happy with the delivery and most importantly, their competitive pricing.

Frequently asked questions about Japanese candy

What is Hi-Chew?

Hi-Chew is a soft, fruity chew from the Japanese brand Morinaga. It is a bit like taffy, but juicier and less sticky. Each piece is wrapped separately.

Which Pocky flavours do you have?

You can see what is in stock in the Pocky collection, for example Chocolate, Strawberry and Double Choco. A box contains 10 packs.

Do all products come from Japan?

They are Japanese brands, but not all are made in Japan. Japanese brands also have factories in other countries. The packaging shows where a product comes from.

How fast will I receive my order?

We usually ship within 24 hours. We deliver to 30 countries in Europe, see also the shipping costs.

Can I order single packs?

No, we sell by the box. The product name tells you what is in a box, for example 15 Hi-Chew sticks of 50 grams or 6 bags of Hi-Chew Fantasy Mix of 85 grams.

I run a shop or restaurant. Can I buy in larger quantities?

Yes. You order per box or per pallet, and business customers see prices excl. VAT. For larger quantities we are happy to make a quote, get in touch.
