Return right

If you want to return a product, contact Americangroothandel.nl within 14 days to use the return right.

Return costs and liability

• Cost: The shipping costs for returns are for your own account.
• Liability: You are responsible for returning the products, including any damage during transport.
• Reconstruction costs: For each return, 5% of the product prices will be charged, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

Repayment

• Term: Reimbursement takes place within 14 days of receiving your return request.
• Account: Reimbursement is only done on the original account with which the order was paid.

Conditions for full reimbursement

• The products are unopened.
• There are no products missing.
• The box is not irreparably damaged.
• There are no labels or stickers.
• The THT date has not yet passed.

If these conditions are not fully met, the amount to be repaid can be reduced.
